Firstly, how did you find the first lockdown? What did you get up to?
For me, the lockdown had its ups and downs. I went through the symptoms, got tested and was glad to receive a negative result. It was a tumultuous experience but a good thing in the end. I am safe, healthy, and I am happy. Like many, I started an online business out of the necessity of keeping my income flowing and surprisingly it’s doing so well I imagine I will keep it running going forward.

We would love to read the short stories you pen, what’s the subject matter?
Really naughty stuff haha. It’s the kind of stuff I wrote in uni that made a particular male teacher slightly uncomfortable. I like writing about sex and relationships, mostly in a mythological, supernatural setting. Stories that will make you say “oh this wrong, but it’s so good”. Like sleeping with your teacher or having an affair with your boyfriends father but then throw in a couple of succubi, werewolves and vampires and you’ve got one of my stories.
Dinner dates – where is on your wish list?
I have a soft spot for Asian and Moroccan cuisine. As a big fan of Gordon Ramsay, I’d love to dine at his Lucky Cat restaurant and I’ve heard the Mamounia Lounge in Knightsbrigde has the best authentic Middle Eastern dishes to die for. Coming from a culture of very vibrant cuisine, I’m a lover of experiencing dining in their originating countries. There’s nothing like authentic spices and flavours to make your tastebuds sing a happy song.
