H: Firstly, how are you doing? What have you been up to?
M: I am doing really great, thanks for asking! I think like most people I am looking forward to soon getting back to normality with the vaccine being rolled out.
During the lockdown I have been fortunate enough to be able to start a new career opportunity, this has kept me very busy for the past year and I am really enjoying it.
I have spent a lot of time in the past year just focusing on myself and taking it easy. It is rare to have so much free time and flexibility – usually it’s all go go go!
I know you love jetsetting. Once the borders reopen, what countries are on your list to visit?
Oh definitely Japan, I really want to go to Tokyo. And secondly would be Iceland, I love the idea of seeing the Northern Lights and the Elephant Rock.

I am going through a phase of loving Chanel costume jewellery, its super fun and trendy. Although, I would love to grow my Van Cleef collection.
What are some of the hobbies you really enjoy in your downtime? What do you do to spoil yourself?
Well I think I mentioned before I love wine, so I enjoy finding a wine bar and trying something new and unusual. I also am a lover of contemporary art, so I love to wander around Sotheby’s and the National Art Gallery on the weekend.
I am also a big workout fan and love going to Pilates and TRX.
